Time to Report Points and Reap Rewards!

Congratulations! We are almost one-third through the program. The ALS Health & Safety Committee hopes you are enjoying Project APPLE and have taken advantage of the opportunity to improve your health and wellness.

Please complete the survey below between April 14 and April 21. Report your progress for weeks 1 through 8 only.

Respondents will receive a new pedometer and calculator to help them track their steps and their points. Many thanks to Kuhl & Company and the American Red Cross for their donations!
